Wound Clinic Update

Did you know that the Wound Clinic programme has been extended until the end of September 2022? A hub and spoke model is now well established across the city. Each site accepts patients who are aged 18 or over, irrespective of which GP/PCN/Neighbourhood Team they are registered with.
