Stop Smoking Support Skills into Practice and Integrated Pathways Course

This free 2-day course has limited slots and will take place at PHRC, Tech North, 9 Harrogate Rd, Chapel Allerton, Leeds LS7 3NB, on:

Day 1 – Thursday, 15th May 2025

 Day 2 – Friday, 23rd May 2025

This includes:

Day 1

• Better Conversations
• Behaviour Change theories and models.
• NRT & Medication overview
• CO Monitor introduction
• Review and role play or the standard treatment programme.

Day 2

• Smoking in pregnancy & local maternity offer
• Mental health and smoking & local offer
• Coaching / Supporting conversations

This training will have a smoking focus but core skills and principles can be applied to a range of health topics. A great opportunity for a refresh of skills as well as opportunity to network with the wider workforce across the city.
